Today's intention is to see if there is anything mentally or emotionally that might be contributing to my headaches. I find that I often feel better after I've had a meltdown of some sort and deal with some emotions that have been weighing me down. I haven't had anything stressing me out, but I'll meditate and see if anything comes up.

Looking back on times that I was able to say no, to walk away. To choose myself first. I can easily see that I do have the strength and the courage to handle any situation. I've done it before! We tend to forget our achievements or think that we can't rely on ourselves to do it again.
