What phase are you in today? This affects how to navigate today's intention.

Rest
Rest. This is what most people tend to be low on. It's so easy to get caught up in busi-ness and we often resist or don't even realize we need rest until it's too late and we're burned out and broken. If today's intention is about taking action - consider your capacity first, and let yourself just rest if you think you might want (or need) to.

Review
Review. This is the hard part. It's so important though. Stopping to take a look at what is going on around you, taking stock and deciding what really resonates with you. Your true Hell Yes! It's different for everyone, which is why it's so hard and so overwhelming. If you're feeling up to it, really think into today's intention and reflect on what it means for you. Journal your answers and come back to them to refer back to your own advice as you feel called to.

Renew
Renew. The work isn't over yet, but it gets a lot easier and way more fun once you've figured out which direction you're headed!
