The Reason to follow the Daily Intentions:
Following along on this journey with me can help anyone find their own path and be brave enough to travel it too. A path towards your own true Happiness - not just fleeting joy.
The path isn't linear - you'll end up skipping all over the place and tackling bits and pieces of each of these as you go. But, understanding the steps, the flow and general direction that things are going for you is actually the answer to Discovering Happiness.
There is no happy ending - only the journey. Twisting and turning, up and down.
It's time to start enjoying the ride!

Stop and take time to actually rest and reset your body & give it the care it needs.

Establish your comfort zone.

Recognize where you are reacting in fight, flight, freeze or friend.

Remove threats to your peace in your environment. Allow yourself to be in peace.

Find ways to truely feel safe and feel in control of your time and your life- by yourself.

Take a look around & really observe the external world. See the patterns & cycles.

Look inward to observe your own thoughts and feelings - your own patterns.

Work to Release patterns and beliefs from past beliefs and systems that no longer make sense.

Feel into your body & connect with your senses.

Dream and imagine what your ideal life and true freedom looks like to you.

Recognize that there is no "normal" Especially now that we have expanded into a global community.

Identify what feels "stuck" and recognize that you have the ability to change it.

Seek inspiration and follow what lights you up.

Decide what is right for you. Understand why it's right for you.

Believe that you are worthy of the life you want, that's right for you.

Look at your capacity to determine what is realistic for you in this moment.

Understand and identify any resistance you have to achieving your goals

Practice full honesty and accountability to yourself and the values that are true for you.

Release dependancy on other's actions, beliefs and guidance. Find the bravery to do it yourself.

Nourish & strengthen your body. Explore and deepen simple, daily pleasures.

Work to understad the way things truely work and where your beliefs have been misleading.

Learn how to say no to anything that doesn't align with you and practice holding your boundaries.

Get started taking baby steps to expand your comfort zone

Find the pace that works best for you.

Work to clear limiting beliefs and problematic emotional responses that come up

Continue to be aware of the world around you. Attentiveness & Mindfulness as you go.

Follow your passions, see the world and explore different viewpoints

Watch for mentors and opportunities for learning and growth.

Celebrate whenever you find those insights, situations, and people that work well with you!

Honour the journey - create stories, symbols and ceremonies to continue to remind you going forward.
