- MTHFR & Nutrition -
My Journey with MTHFR has included: Hepatic cyst, Fatty liver disease / Fibrosis, Menstrual pain and PMS, Acid Reflux / Stomach pains, Headaches / Migraines, Asthma, Allergies, Skin infections / cysts, Gallstones, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Depression/ Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Fatigue

MTHFR causes a lack in certain nutrients - complicated further by our food being Enriched or Fortified with the wrong type of nutrient. Simply adding the right ingredients to the body can help reduce symptoms that are often mis-diagnosed as Fibromyalgia or other diseases.

I think that many diseases and health issues are caused by foods that are "Enriched" and contain Cyanocobalamin or Folic Acid. Watch my video below to find out more.

It is your responsibility to do your own research on any supplements that you take - especially if you are taking other medications or have adverse reactions to anything.
