Working towards Interdependance

In order to be able to work together with others, you have to be able to have trust with each other - not necessarily that they'll do the right thing for you, but that you trust that you understand their motives and desires, and respect their decision to honour those things.

It's about not taking it personally when their values don't align with yours, and being able to be open and honest and communicate your own wants and needs so that there can be respect within the scope of full transparency.

So, today the goal is to think of somewhere in your life that is not fully transparent. See if you can identify it, and write out your thoughts on what you could say in order to communicate your thoughts. Just writing it out can help a lot.

Get clear on what you wish could be understood about your values.

Then, take a moment to really try to find some forgiveness around the situation - to allow room for differences. For respect dispite those differences and possibly allow collaboations to continue in the future.
