The answer is in you.

It can be easy to get caught up in trying to convince other people of something. In reality, what is actually important is to be able to convince ourselves.

If you're solid in who you are- someone else's opinion won't get under your skin. And you lose the need to have that validation from them.

Today is the day to practice trusting your own answers, even when someone else disagrees with you.
