Synergy

Creating the right environment for everyone to feel safe, heard and understood allows for better teamwork, and can create beautiful things that could not be achieved alone.

Synchoronization can give us effectiveness, but does not allow for growth or support individual needs. Our current system built on synchroniziation to create effectiveness also allows people to capitalize and exploit the workers "below" them. It's time to step into a world of synergy - not just effectiveness and productivity.

In order for individual parts to work together to make something new, each piece has to be solid and able to fulfill it's role. What is your role? What makes you uniquely able to achieve something? Are you able to embody that role with pride and confidence, or is something holding you back?

We also need to be able to see the reallity of the world around us in order to interact effectively with it. We are not a machine with just one role or shape. We are messy and moldable. It's up to us to make sure that we are taking shape in a way that serves us and those around us - or at least doesn't clash with what's in our environment.

Are you able to let others do things their way so you can create something new and better? It takes bravery and vulnerability to move beyond what is working for you, and into something that can work for others too.
