Showing yourself some care by using boundaries where they are due. Recognize that any jealousy, anger etc is showing you that you also deserve to be valued.


Have gratitude for this chance to see this, and show YOURSELF the self care and validation that you deserve - and stay true to the way you prefer to do things.


Speak what is on your mind. Honesty is the best way to show that you care, and to let others know how to navigate care for themselves. Speak up for the good things too. Being able to show gratitude when it's due can be daunting. But it's worth it.


My Story: When I'm upset at others actions - it's usually because I am percieving that they are being respected for being an asshole. It makes me feel like I need to act in the shitty the way they do in order to get respect too. Or that I wish I had the guts to act the way they do when they're getting respect in positive ways. In essence - I dishonour the goodness in me because I'm jealous of the perception that others respect assholes.
