Looking to the healthcare system or to someone else to take care of your physical health is an easy way to end up with quick fixes and half-assed care. Because no matter how well trained or caring someone else is, No one is more able to understand and as invested in your health as you.

So, today, check in with yourself, Listen to your body. Take a moment to document and journal the highlights of your own health and wellness journey.  (or go into more detail if possible.)


Write down the important next steps so that you can be proactive about improving and maintaining your health. Have you been avoiding a checkup? Do you get proper nutrition or should you invest in some supplements for a while? This is your gentle reminder to continue to invest time and care into your physical body.
