Doing one thing at a time allows you to do it well.

It's so much easier to focus on the one thing that's important each day. This helps to build consistency, and be able to finish things off and not leave things hanging. When you give something (or someone) your full time and attention, it shows. And you can take pride in knowing that you put your best into it.

Keep trying. Keep checking in with yourself. Have fun trying things out and seeing what feels good or not. If you have too many things going on, it's harder to pinpoint if something is giving you grief or throwing you into chaos.

It's important to be able to allow yourself to shift if the situation changes. Getting too stuck on which thing you're doing isn't helpful. When things do shift - it's ok to shift which thing you're working on. But make that decision. Allow yourself to be OK with it. No guilt comes from trusting yourself that you'll give the thing you shift from it's time when you are able to.

(Note - if you're a "person on the go" who actually thrives on chaos and getting a million things started for others to finish, that's amazing. That's your one thing! Just check in to make sure that it's really bringing you long term happiness.)
