Nourish Potential without Expectations

It's so easy to worry about what could go wrong - especially in an important situation. But I firmly believe that the biggest source of failure is that stress.
To illustrate - Imagine this...
You're walking alone in the dark. You're in an area you don't recognize - a bit lost... So you're really stressed and jumpy.. panicking and feeling vulnerable.
Then you see a stray dog. She gives a low growl. Your mind jumps to thinking it's a wolf - because it's pretty dark, and all you can see is a big shadow...
Your body reacts by going into fight/ flight mode - overproducing stress hormones and either sending your brain into overdrive - and adding more stress, or into shut down mode - making you feel weak and out of control.
When you're in that state How would you react?
In turn, how would that dog react? She would likely smell your fear/ stress - triggering an instinct to hunt or protect herself even if your reaction was outwardly calm and controlled. So the dog would be a lot more aggressive than if you were not stressing: lost in the sights and sounds around you - enjoying watching people laughing in a restaurant, or looking up at the moon- and enjoying the smell of the fresh air.
So, try not to listen to that voice in your head telling you to worry because there is an obstacle, and have faith in yourself that you are able to find a way through.
You've managed this far. You've got this! You just need to believe it. 🥰
