Music is the perfect example of how synergy can work - each part playing it's own piece of the melody. Some parts are boring and monotonous, some are vibrant and erratic, yet they are all important and add to the final sound. Professional musicians don't need to practice together to be able to know what the other pieces are, as long as they know their own part. When they come together, the parts mix together and create a beautiful masterpiece. where all the parts complement each other. Today's intention is to find a beautiful symphony and lay quietly to listen - first try to single out different parts, and then focus out and listen to all the parts together. It's fascinating to do that - to know how easy it can be to shift from the one part, to the sound as a whole. Recognize that this skill can be useful in life too. What sicutations in life are more appropriate to focus in on one piece? Which situations are important to look at the whole?
