Regret can teach us so much!

They say that hindsight is 20/20 for a reason. Sometimes (actually quite often) we need to go through the struggle in order to really learn the lesson that will propel us forward.

Do you find that you try to protect people from having to go through their own lessons? Or Maybe you are avoiding your own?

Today is about taking a look and asking yourself these questions. Reflecting on a past regret, and trying to find that nugget of insight that is in there.

It doesn't do any good to dwell on things, but taking a look to find that insight and learn from the experience is quite useful.
