Job well done.

I am a firm believer in taking baby steps. In only tackling1or 2 things on the to-do list each day, to allow time for rest and play, and connection. This also offers you time to stop and evaluate which tasks are the most effective, and leaves room for any unexpected glitches in your day. Choose the tasks that are most important to your goals. And you should also make sure you can do the job well.
That means efficiently and thoroughly - to whatever capacity you are able to do today. Focused time on small intentional steps towards your goal, done with consistency helps bring you closer to your goals, while also being able to enjoy the process and not potentially burning out. I know that If I don't keep an eye on getting the important stuff done, it will come crashing down on me, and un-do any progress I've made.
Doing the job well if you're low on capacity means doing the bare minimum in order to be 100% successful. In doing so, you create integrity and pride with yourself, and leads to greater long term success.
It's always important to finish the job - to the best of your ability. If you've said you're going to do something - do it. If your ability level is only at 2% - that's what you put into it that day - but at least you've done it! It's important to have integrity with yourself by keeping your word. Be mindful to of all the little details. The little things can be the most important.
