Small steps forward help make for fewer Steps backwards. So, Today is a day to get some tasks off of the to-do list. Not a big resolution, but just one or two baby steps forward towards a bigger goal.
I think we all struggle with feelings of not doing "enough" But, going slowly helps to be able to tackle things in a manageable way. You are allowed to have success without burning out or causing to fall a bunch of steps backwards. Sticking to just one thing, and not feeling that you "should" do more- allows room to fit in other things, and actually enjoy the journey!
