A lot of people suffer from imposter syndrome- feeling like they don't really deserve the recognition that they've earned. Or existential isolation- feeling like they're not part of the club and don't fit in.
But true integrity doesn't come from "earning" anything in particular, or being the perfect person in order to "fit in". True integrity comes from having consistency of character - meaning that you consistently show up for yourself, put your best foot forward, and keep your eye on what's important to you. The intereesting thing is that this can look different every day! Trying on different hats isn't lying - you can be consistent in the fact that you're exploring!
What is it that you are working on? Are you consistently coming back around to check in with yourself to see the progress you're making? Today is that day to check in. The proof is in the pudding!
The more you show up with an intent to follow through on something - the more integrity you have. Regardless of the outcome.
