At some point, you just need to step out of thinking about it, and actually doing it!


I've loved the term "analysis paralysis" - Thinking is necessary, but although overthinking is a great coping mechanism, it's part of what keeps us stuck and anxious, perpetuating the cycle of overthinking.


So, today's intention is to just do the scary thing, the thing you've been putting off... at the very least to proove to yourself that you can jump and take another scary leap if and when you need to.
