Learning about different personality styles is so interesting! it's fun to see how the different personality types affect each other, and it can be really useful to understand where they come from and to know how they affect you.

A lot of our personality stems from which of our basic needs are or are not being met. By understanding which you need, you can more easily keep an eye out to recognize any patterns that you want to avoid. And more easily see the patterns in others and find ways to navigate your relationships to be more able to meet everyone's needs.
