Deliberate, Controlled Actions

The best way to have the courage and ability to move forward is to be in control of your actions. It's not possible to control the results, but you can stop and pay attention to what you're doing, and the best way to make your next move.
You are in control of how far you aim for our goals. Imagine "shooting" for your goals like archery. You get to choose how far & fast the arrow flies, how preciscely you aim, and how tightly you hold on before letting go.
If you aim too far or without control, you'll miss your mark and have to aim again. If you hold on too tight and don't let go - you get tired and overwhelmed by the stress of the tension- so when you do choose to let go, it's less accurate.
I suggest making decisions on your own. Seek out some advice if you need to, but too many outside influences will just get confusing and overwhelming and tends to drown out the actual desires of your heart. (Imagine if in archery, we let other people tug on the bow as we tried to aim... I don't think that would go well...😂)
Today is about deciding what that sweet spot is for you. Maybe you're in a playful place and can enjoy the thrill of going quickly - and you are ok with re-trying a bunch of times to get it right. Or, maybe your choices are big ones and need to be 100% proven because there is a lot of weight on those decisions.
Either way - remember that you are choosing to do things this way, so you can be prepared for the conscequences.
