All those little tiny habits stack up to create big changes - so make sure that your habits are supporting you in the right way, and not inadvertently un-doing any progress you're making.

Some of my favourite habits that I want to keep coming back to if (and when 😆) I forget.
Daily High/ low checkins & journalling.
Combining exercise with chores.
Experimenting with adding extra nutrients to my recipes.
Reminders in the calendar/ Snoozing emails/ Customizing my notifications.
