Being mindful and present in the moment is so important to being thorough and getting the job done properly. Today is about focusing on having full presence and mindfulness during the day instead of being caught up in distractions. To be fully aware of what the day brings. Both good and bad, inside and out.
A day to just allow things to be as they are, with no expectations. The end outcome of these intentions is to help to see what you prefer (or don't) in life. To see what steps to take in order to create the life you really want. And to have the courage to take action to make that happen.
