Do you find that you just blurt things out? Or do you renumerate and plan every word - only to never say anything? Both are valid - but not terrilby effective. I find that communicating with integrity involves being solid in your beliefs, planning out what to say for certain things - but then also allowing flexibility and using discernment to know what to say and when it's best to say it. This is where journalling comes in to be an amazing tool - you can go back to check in on what your own beliefs are, and what you could have done better - and then you can follow your own advice! Today, take some time to practice some journalling around those things you've been planning to say - or have already blurted out. Plan out how to say it better next time.
