Aligning with the right people who have the same vision of the world that you want to live in. Going out and actively observing and looking for the people who can co-create and work synergistically with you. Start with spaces where you can observe without too much interaction - music events, crafting etc - where the focus is on something else, but you can observe people and discern their character and habits.
