Celebrating New Beginnings

It's spring! New life is springing up all around, and time for Celebrating New Beginnings! There are so many wonderful signs of new life popping up this time of year, so today, celebrate and honour it!

The changing seasons bring us extra opportunities to stop, reflect and be aware of the changes and the growth we are making in our own lives. Little mini refreshers through the year to reflect on what is working. Celebrating it, and shifting to re-focus on the future and taking actions towards the long -term goals for the year.

Take a moment to freshen up your home, add a pop of colour, open the windows to get some fresh air, and treat yourself to a few new plants or seeds to grow to help bring you into alignment with nature. Or, find your own ways to celebrate - but definitely take some time and find something to honour and celebrate today!
