Calling out Hypocracy

Your actions and your voice are your vote. Unless you are able to speak up about the things that you disagree with or people who are inauthentic, you will never be able to sort things out or get justice let alone clarity.

Even if things just "feel off" Have those conversations sooner than later. People can feel the energy that has shifted when something is off. The "elephant in the room" can be quite destructive. So call it out. Let the conversations come forward. Sometimes we don't realize that our own actions are not aligned with what is being portrayed. So have some grace to both give and recieve some constructive criticsm when it is due.
