Being in the Feminine Energy

Today's intention is to celebrate the feminine. Honouring mothers and daughters, and celebrating the beauty and power that the feminine energy brings to this world.

We all have some feminine within us, and I think that not allowing ourselves to explore the different energies within us can limit us and hold us back. So, today let yourself surrender and feel into your gentle, nurturing side. What does feminine energy look like to you?

It's important to be able to try things from different perspectives. If you're usually more aggressive- approach things more softly today, and allow yourself to see how that can change the outcome. It might not be for you - but knowing which you choose can only come from experiencing both approaches, and builds understanding and empathy in the process.

Sometimes the feminine energy is percieved as weakness. This is very much not true. If that's something that you find yourself thinking - ask yourself where that might come from. What concequences are there to thinking this way? How does it affect your relationships with others? Or with yourself?

Today is a day to play with these perceptions and ideas and feminine traits - to feel the power in the feminine, and celebrate it.
