Today is about using all 5 senses to be present and mindful. Take some time to sit and be present and explore each of your senses. Notice what comes up. Not judging the experience, but allowing - and inviting all of the sensations.


Does anything stand out as being particularily nice? Or does anything feel "off" or make you upset or anxious? Can you do anything to enhance the things that feel good, or to fix what doesn't? It can be so powerful to be able to create your surroundings and home space so you can really utilize your home to set the tone and have spaces that help you relax or be inspired.
