Being able to have agency - the ability to act of your own free will and when you want to - is easy when you're by yourself. Much harder when you're with other people. By being aware of how you work alone, and how you work with others, you can be more conscious of if and how you want to shift things in order for agency to exist - for everyone involved. With the ability to have agency, it helps immensely to be able to feel and to be confident in your abiliites. And having confidence leads to actually putting those actions into place. So take a look at past situations and look at the things that worked well for you - and the things that didn't. Were you allowed to do things your own way? Did you feel respected? Respectful of the others involved? What could you do differently? Make a plan for the next time you are working within a team. See if you can do it better.

Previous intentions on this theme:

"Agency in action, proactive agency- I'm not sure if that's gramatically correct - but I don't care. That's exactly the point of this. To do things your own way to honour your own needs. I need to get a point across. I want to be able to do it my own way, so it reflects me and what I need to say. I think that we often give up on things, or try to make others do things our way when we work in groups. But is there a way to still do the things that are important to you? And also allow that of the other people in the group? Maybe only some of the pieces need to be done together - and the rest is done solo... I really do feel like we can all get along, and allow each other to have agency- the ability to act on what we feel called to do.
