-
Do you need more rest?
-
Listen to your body. Feel the sensations of your body. What is it telling you? 💡deprivation will cause the body to speak up louder if you can't hear it.
-

Questioning Reality. 5 senses. Common objects – recognize they represent bigger things – when you have seen one thing differently, you will see all differently. ( holographic ) Seeing it in the current moment and removing thoughts from past or future about it. Practicing asking questions and listening for new answers. See the real purpose of an object – as part of the creation to teach us... Really asking to see the purpose of the universe... asking for answers to be revealed instead of putting our own judgement on it. â—‹ I have invented the world I see. - " I have invented this *** as I see it" â—‹ There is another way of looking at the world - "there is another way of looking at this"
-
Habits. Recognize the things you're doing automatically out of habit. Make note. No need to change anything ( unless you're really ready to ) Write them down, and note if they're serving you or not. Take this moment to trust yourself that you'll get to it when it's time. Recognize habits that no longer serve us. *Junk food - Chelsea

Review your Mind:

Listen to Intuition. "My real thoughts are in my mind, I would like to find them"
-
Self Evaluation: â—‹ I see myself as *** â—‹ I am blessed as a Son of God. I am *** ( Describe God's son- happy, peaceful, loving and contented.) â—‹ God goes with me wherever I go. - We are not separate. I need not seek connection in this physical world, because true connection is already in place- and exists in whole outside of this world. Meditate on this thought. Try to get past thought into feeling.
Review your Spirit:
-
Sit with any emotions. Identify and reflect on any emotions that come up - find out why you're upset. Emotions tell us if things need fixing. Be honest with yourself about this!
-
Deeper Understanding (Emotions): â—‹ I am not upset at *** for the reason I think. (What is the underlying thing I'm upset at? ) â—‹ I think I see a *** (good/bad) world, but I am upset because I see a meaningless world. Look around – give equal time to everything, because it's all the same. ( designed to put the emotion on the meaninglessness and reinforce that instead of the perceived world itself as well as reinforcing that meaninglessness is not bad. Ego tries to tell us that meaningless is bad to create fear of the void ) â—‹ I am looking at a meaningless world - A meaningless world engenders fear because I think I am in competition with God ( Let go of fears of nothingness ) â—‹ God did not create a meaningless world. "God did not create this ***(horrific thing), and so it is not real." â—‹ What I see is a form of vengeance. (Anger inside appears as an external attack thus validating victimhood and excusing "self defense" § I see only the perishable. I see nothing that will last. What I see is not real. What I see is a form of vengeance. Is this the world I really want to see? â—‹ My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability. ( by attacking others, we attack ourselves. ) § I am concerned about *** and I'm afraid *** will happen – that thought is an attack on myself.

Say No. When you don't necessarily want to. Just because you can. Because guess what? You CAN. "No" is a full sentence. How does it make you feel to say No? How does it make you feel when you hear No? Does that stop you from saying no to others?
-
Say Yes! When you don't necessarily want to. Just because you can. Because guess what? You CAN. The same as No. Reflect on how you feel when you say Yes to other people. How about when you say yes to yourself?
-
How did it feel to do the bare minimum?
-
How did it feel to be lazy?
-
Drive the bus! Don't give away your power by expecting handouts from others. Take things into your own hands. Work in your circle of influence.
-
Embrace Change. Are you stuck? or Choosing to be here? Reflect- Where are you stuck? Why are you stuck?
-
Boundaries - what do you think they are for yourself? Are you able to uphold them? Why?
Review your Community:
-
Review Relationships. Soul mates teach us deeper understandings about ourselves. See the patterns and behaviours that consistently show up in your life. Why would that be happening?
-
What do you bring? THINK - speak kindly.
-
No Expectations. No conditions on relationships. - what do you find yourself expecting?
-
Presence. I still felt alone, even after I found so many people to be around. I've discovered that the missing piece was presence. The people I was around were often only half engaged in the moment.
